Computime Technology were officially announced Malta Country Partner of the Year 2018 winners during the Microsoft Partner Network event in Las Vegas, Nevada in July.
This is the second time in three years the company has beat the competition to make it to the top as Microsoft’s preferred partner locally. The award recognises Computime’s speed to market cutting-edge solutions that address complex business challenges and provide digital transformation opportunities for customers. It also acknowledges the company’s commitment to deliver product excellence and maintain its position as the leading, go-to provider of new emerging Microsoft technologies.
“For this year’s awards, we received more than 2,600 nominations from 115 countries, across 39 different categories. The awards recognise achievement by solution area, industry, and other important areas such as social impact, learning, and compete. There are also more than 100 Country Partner of the Year Awards that recognise partner achievements around the globe,” said Corporate Vice President for One Commercial Partner, Gavriella Schuster in a congratulatory statement issued days before the Microsoft Inspire Conference in Las Vegas.
“During FY18 Computime transitioned from a traditional system integrator delivering on-premise solutions, to a cloud first partner, with particular success establishing a solid foothold within the iGaming Industry in Malta,” Computime CCO, Neil Bianco said. “Leveraging our core expertise in the provision of datacentre services and IT security, Computime was able to win the trust of several Gaming customers and progressively migrate them to Azure, with consumption figures totalling over 60K per month.
Computime has registered significant Azure-growth, driving sales mostly through the CSP Direct Bill contract and are Gold-competency Partners in both Cloud Platform and Cloud Productivity. Our internal marketing resources have also been instrumental in seeing a number of deals to fruition through the strategic use of a carefully selected mix of online marketing and more traditional approaches to engaging customers. Creating a unique lead generation channel in the form of brief, focused weekly in-house events and training sessions that deliver value-add to customers, our team was able to directly contribute to accelerating sales.”
